1. Click on the purple “Scorecard” icon in the toolbar options on top and click the “View All” button from the options provided OR click the “View All” Button on the purple Scorecard Icon from the dashboard page, as depicted below.

2. Select the scorecard you wish to upload information too, by clicking on the description of the scorecard.

3. Select the Ownership element by clicking on the name in the blue bar.

4. There is two methods (views) of adding the data on to the system.

Detailed View -enables the user to create the ownership structure in an organogram format.

Summary view – enables the user to create the ownership structure in an organogram        format.

• Using an existing ownership scorecard of the measured entity – input the details of your previous verification certificate.
• Using the summary ownership data of the company – input the details of your companies black shareholding.
• Using the summary ownership data of the empowerment partner – input the empowerment partners details and percentage shareholding.

5. When you have selected the summary view the system will prompt you to select the basis of calculating your ownership score, you will then have to select the option and click on use method

6. When you have selected your applicable method, a table will pop up where you must populate the data and click save.

7. Uploading data Using Detailed view method

a. Select the method by clicking on the name and it will change to blue.

b. When you have selected your method, a table will pop up where you must add the shareholders, you need to click on the + sign to add the details.

c. Another table will pop up and ask the type of shareholder you want to capture on to the system.

d. When you have selected the type of shareholder, a table will pop up where you must populate the details of the shareholder and click save.

e. Once the shareholders are saved, your ownership structure will be displayed as below.
