Create a New Scorecard

  1. Go to scorecards and select “view all” as shown below.Picture 1.png
  2. Step 1 will take you to the screen below then click on ‘New Generic or QSE Scorecard’.Picture 2.jpg
  3. You will then be taken to the below screen. Complete all the fields provided with the necessary information pertaining to the scorecard , the period the data covers, charter you want to be measured on , if you need to roll over/ copy  the data from previous scorecard, you need select the scorecard you want to copy  the data from and  then click on the save button.Picture 3.jpg
  4. After clicking on the save button you will be taken to the list of your scorecards. To open the scorecard, click on the description of the scorecard you want to populate with data.Picture 4.jpg
  5. The above step will take you to the screen below.Picture 5.jpg
